No ranking placement can be purchased. Any sponsor, contributor, or institutional relationship that could affect public claims must be disclosed before those claims are used.
Correction reports are tracked before any displayed value changes. Disputed values should remain visibly labeled while official-source evidence is reviewed.
Ranking views disclose loaded fiscal-year coverage, funding basis, deployment manifest, verifier state, and the manifest-recorded retrieval timestamp when available.
A methods-board charter and candidate slate are published. Independent advisers are being confirmed before the board is seated.
Correction intake validates a structured report and opens a tracked GitHub issue draft. The errata ledger records accepted corrections, unresolved disputes, affected surfaces, and evidence-backed resolutions.
OpenNIH public claims are based on official NIH source files, local verification gates, and documented limitations. Public ranking copy must stay limited to loaded funding-record fields and must not imply broader scholarly merit, prestige, or institutional endorsement.
