Correction and Dispute Intake

Public reports are reviewed against official NIH evidence before any displayed value changes. Accepted corrections belong in the public errata ledger.

Prepare tracked report validates your submission and produces a tracked report ID, an entry in the public correction queue, an errata-ledger target, and a pre-filled GitHub issue draft you can open and post. Nothing changes a displayed value until the report is reviewed against official NIH evidence.
